- Please note that visibility on the glacier is unpredictable due to dynamically changing weather conditions. In the event of poor visibility, we can offer an alternative date, although refunds will not be processed.
- Tours may be cancelled at short notice due to adverse weather conditions. In such cases, alternative tours, dates, or a full refund will be offered.
