Get ready for the most exciting adventure in the heart of Sicily and go body rafting through the incredible Canyon in Alcantara, near Taormina!

Located only 20 km west of Taormina, the Alcantara Gorges is an incredible and unique canyon made of black lava. Up to 50 meters high, the black walls of the Alcantara Gorges create a magical and adventurous atmosphere you cannot miss.
A qualified instructor will welcome you at the meeting point, give you all the necessary equipment and brief you about important safety information. Once everyone is ready, you will start your body rafting adventure with an 800-meter trek along a stretch of the Alcantara River in the middle of the astonishing Canyon of Alcantara. During this trek, you will go through small rapids and wild paths, enjoying the benefits of a refreshing excursion through the park of Alcantara. You will also have time to jump in the water and swim!

- Return to the meeting point.
- The minimum height for this activity is 150 cm.
- The minimum age for this activity is 12 years old.
- The maximum age for this activity is 55 years old.
- Knowing how to swim is compulsory for this activity.
- Please arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time (please contact your instructor after booking to arrange your exact meeting time).
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
