Challenge yourself in this adventure circuit! near Lisbon, you can experience abseiling, climbing, caving and other activities in nature.

This activity is suitable for everyone, combining different activities you can also discover amazing landscapes while doing them.

You will witness a different perspective of the interior of the Natural Park. With splendid landscapes in places that few know, you will see why they remain wild.

After an introduction to equipment and safety rules, participants will have a circuit of obstacles to overcome, in horizontal and vertical progression, using natural and artificial points.

There will be 2 instructors for each 10 people.

In the end, once everyone achieves the goal, they will feel fulfilled! Challenge your limits and venture out!

if you like climbing and similar activities, this is a great thing to do. the landscape is stunning and you have an amazing view on the coastline and on Arrabida mountains.
