Practical information
With expert instruction, state-of-the-art equipment consisting of stable boards and lightweight sails that improve balance and technique, rather than strength, and the warm, shallow waters of Murtosa these short, but intense courses will have your windsurfing in no time!
In a few hours, you will learn the basics of windsurfing: pulling the sail out of the water, turning around, steering, and sailing across the water, upwind and downwind!
Murtosa is a perfect place to kitesurf, its over 10,000 m2 of beach with no deep water and a temperature of 23-26ºC all year round, along with the few people who live and visit around the place make it great for learning to use the wind in your favor. Murtosa is also considered one of the best Portuguese spots for learning and practicing kitesurf and windsurfing.
