The Berlengas archipelago, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, is located 10 kilometres off the coast of Peniche, one hour and twenty minutes from Lisbon. The archipelago is made up of the islands of Berlenga Grande, Estelas and Farilhões-Forcadas, but it is only possible to visit the island of Berlenga Grande. These islands are a haven of peace where nature and wildlife prevail, which is why it contrasts with the rest of Portugal's coastal towns and is the perfect destination for those looking for paradisiacal beaches and crystal clear waters.
The Feeling Berlenga crew takes you to discover the Berlengas Islands on a boat trip from Peniche and a guided tour of Berlenga Grande. The excursion lasts about 3.5 hours. You will depart from the port of Peniche to Berlenga Island by ferry, yacht or lacha, depending on the season and the number of people. Once there, your guide will take you on a guided tour of Berlenga island and caves and explain the history, biodiversity and culture of the island. And for those who can't resist the crystal clear waters, you can go for a swim!

Activity requirements
Berlenga Island Tourist Tax: 3€ a day
For ecological reasons, access to Berlenga Island is limited in terms of the number of visitors.

Failure to comply with these rules set out in Ordinance No. 19/2022, of January 5th, will result in the impossibility of disembarking on the island and/or corresponding fines.
