This course includes an introduction to basic climbing techniques, secure belaying, and essential knots to ensure your safety. All the necessary equipment will be provided and a certified and experienced climbing instructor will be with you at all times.

Most of the rock climbing areas are set up in Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina, one of the most scenic climbing areas in Portugal.
