Discover Montserrat from the skies on an exclusive hot-air balloon flight from Barcelona. Enjoy panoramic views of Montserrat's majestic mountains, as well as the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean, from your balloon during this one hour flight.
This unique experience will give you a close-up view of the needle-like rock formations of Montserrat, one of Catalonia's most spectacular landscapes.
Your day will start early in the morning, when you will travel from Barcelona to the flight zone in Montserrat, where you will take part in the inflation of the hot-air balloon. Once ready, you'll take off for an incredible hour-and-a-half balloon ride over the Pyrenees and the Catalan region. At the end of the flight, an all-terrain vehicle will be waiting to take you back to the flight zone, where your guide will be waiting to continue the tour.
On your return, you'll have the chance to celebrate your flight with a toast of cava, the local wine of the region. On Mondays and Tuesdays only, you will continue your visit to the famous Benedictine monastery by cable car. Explore this thousand-year-old site, home to the venerated statue of "La Moreneta", patron saint of Catalonia (on other days of the week you'll head straight back to Barcelona).

Flight Schedule: Depending on the season of the year, based on the winter and summer solstice, pickup schedules as well as flight schedules may vary (Winter at 07:00 / Summer at 06:00). These times may vary each month and are related to the time of sunrise.
Option: This activity lasts 5 hours for the balloon flight and 9 hours if you take the optional visit to the monastery (€67 extra) on Monday and Tuesday. It is therefore normal to have a price difference depending on the day of the week.
