This canyoning activity takes place in the Rio Verde canyon, one of the most beautiful canyons in Andalucia, for being open and for its crystal clear waters. It is located in the Sierra de Almijara Natural Park, 30 minutes from Motril, 1 hour from Malaga and 1 hour from Granada city.

You will meet the canyoning instructors at the meeting point, then you will walk with them to the starting of the canyoning (one hour and a half walk). From there you will get equipped for the activity and the descend will start. You will go through natural pools, slides, jumps, abseils and waterfalls. The best of Rio Verde is that it allows you to make up to 20 jumps of 4 to 12 meters (optional jumps) and it has the best natural slide of Andalusia with a height of 13 meters.

It is full on with all sorts of thrills and fun. We did the entire canyon which included the hike to the top of the canyon and a great range of jumps, abseiling and slides with various levels of difficulties. Everybody booking this is in for a real treat.

Très bien pour découvrir le canyoning. L’instructeur Daniel sait mettre tout le monde en confiance. Attention pour ceux qui ne sont pas très sportif ça reste une activité qui demande un peu d’endurance
