- Age: Participants must be between 8 and 70 years old to take part in coasteering.
- Swimming Ability: Basic swimming skills are essential. Buoyancy aids will be provided and are mandatory for all participants during the lesson.
- Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled lesson time to ensure a smooth start. This allows us to provide you with wetsuits and other equipment promptly.
