Alpine Zone is a leading outdoor centre in Ioannina, organising rafting excursions, hiking trips, and canyoning descents in a safe and educating environment

Alpine Zone was found by Achilleas, a great sports enthusiast, doing rafting, hiking, canyoning and skiing.

He is a graduate of the Department of Physical Education of Athens Sport Champion in rowing coach canoe - kayak slalom and the SGS. Achilleas is also a ski instructor, a member of the Panhellenic Union of Teachers ski coaches. He loves rafting, horse riding and mountain biking.

The Alpine zone is composed by a great combination of outdoor enthusiasts who have many years of experience in all the activities proposed. All the instructors are graduates of Physics Education or highly experienced in their field.

The experience of the Alpine Zone and the enthusiastic comments of its customers are guaranteed that every outing will be a unique, enjoyable and safe.
