Start or progress in surfing by taking lessons with the Itinui Surf School!

Dominique started surfing when he was 15 years old. Today, with 23 years of experience he feels he knows the most effective techniques and pedagogical methods to help you improve.

In 2003, during a visit to Tahiti, Dominique decided to create his own school, the Ecole de Surf Itinui :

“I love to pass on my passion to others. When a student manages to successfully execute his first take off on a wave or some other manoeuvre; I’m probably happier and prouder than they are. For me, that’s the ultimate job satisfaction, that’s what drives me every day.

In Polynesia we are lucky enough to constantly be surrounded by something exceptional, a rainbow in the sky, a magnificent sunset, something that reminds you that you’re in a privileged position.

Surfing gives you a sense of freedom and lots of adrenaline. To really feel these sensations you have to forge an intimate relationship with Mother Nature. To analyse, observe, preserve and above all respect everything she’s sharing with you.” – Dominque
