Instructor spoke very little English so he didn't point out many spots of interest which was disappointing. Thus he didn't ask what I wanted while in the air. (My daughter's instructor asked if she wanted to "roller coaster" which is a way of flying with an added adrenaline rush). If I were French speaking, I'm sure my instructor would have talked more with me, so not really his fault. Recommend asking for an English-speaking instructor for those who don't speak French. He DID take a ton of pictures, so I was happy about that!
Thierry and Lionel plus 3 other guys were super cool and helpful. The booking experience was easy, the 30-minute drive to the take-off spot was smooth and also pretty cool to see the villages high above the lake.
