Le personnel a bord du bateau était sympathique. En revanche, l'accueil à la réception était très froid, pas aimable et apparemment agacé que l'on ait réservé via ce site. Apres l'activité, il a fallu pas moins d'1h pour pouvoir visionner les photos prises. Pas très professionnel

Le fournisseur, rien a dire malgré notre appréhension de la houle, le moniteur a pris le temps de nous rassurer.
Accueil un peu coincé au début(problème de langue peut-être) mais serviabilité et amabilité étaient au rendez-vous.Merci pour ces beaux moments.A recommander.(j’ai 69 ans)
