It is said that the Hydrospeed is the most exciting and increible white water sport in Cantabria. Hydrospeed in Cantabria (Alto Ebro) and in Burgos (Cañón del Ebro) offers you the most direct contact with white water. A specially designed and reinforced suit, a hydro-sled and some fins to propel us are enough to enjoy the river as you wished before.

This section of the Ebro River is regulated by the dam located next to our facilities in Arroyo. So we can count on a great flow to practice Hydrospeed in summer without any problems and offering all levels. The most characteristic feature is that the water is at a very pleasant temperature and we are sure that you will feel like having a good swim during the descent.

The season for this hydrospeed is from June to October and it is the best descent you can do in summer in the north of Spain. We are waiting for you in Arroyo, Cantabria!
