Gravel bike ride of 2 hours over 30 km (allow for a total of 5 hours of activity including the initiation to gravel biking, wine tasting and the break in the vineyard)

It is necessary to have already practiced the activity and to be at ease with sports (practicing a sports activity 2 to 3 times a week).
