Get started in the world of scuba diving with the Arrábida Experiences team in the Arrábida Natural Park, near Lisbon!

If diving is a sport that has always caught your attention, but you have never taken the plunge, now is the time! Only 30 minutes away from Lisboon, the Arrábida Natural Park is an idyllic place to dive for the first time, thanks to the contrast of the green cliffs with the crystal clear waters inhabited by a large number of marine species. During 3 hours, you will get to know the incredible world of diving and you will be fascinated by the seabed of the Luiz Saldanha Marine Reserve and all the surrounding surface environment.

The instructors of Arrábida Experiences will be waiting for you at the Sesimbra Pier. There you will embark on one of their boats to take you to the place where you will do the dive. The dive is divided into three parts. The first part is theoretical, in which the instructors will explain the basic notions of diving. Then, you will apply everything you have learned in the water with an adaptation dive. Finally, with the technique mastered, it will be time to enjoy the experience of diving in the water and contemplate the fascinating fauna and flora of the coast of Portugal.

You don't have to worry about the difficulty of the activity. This is a course designed for people who have never dived before. The instructors, experienced diving professionals, will be at your disposal at all times and you will have all the necessary safety measures such as life jackets and accident insurance.
