Laganas Beach is one of the most popular and well-known beaches on the Greek island of Zakynthos, also known as Zante. Zakynthos is part of the Ionian Islands on the western coast of Greece, and it is known for its beautiful beaches, crystal-clear waters, and vibrant nightlife. Laganas Beach is situated on the southern coast of Zakynthos and is particularly renowned for its long stretch of golden sand and shallow, warm waters.

For this boat diving excursion, you will meet your guide at the starting point at Laganas Beach in Zakynthos (pick-up is available from specific spots for an additional fee). The experienced guide is a professionally qualified scuba diver, and they will provide all of the scuba diving equipment and safety gear. If you've never dived before but wish to give it a try in the beautiful blue waters of Greece, you came to the right place!

You will begin with a safety briefing and an introduction to the principles of safe scuba diving. The guide will go through all of the equipment and explain how it works. They will then give you a scuba diving lesson, starting off in shallow water where you can learn the basics. Once you feel prepared, the guide will take you on the boat further out into the Ionian Sea to one of the excellent dive sites.

Under the supervision of the certified instructor, you will try diving to a depth of up to 10 meters maximum. You'll have a first amazing glance at the underwater world and you'll be able to experience the thrill of swimming with fish. The guide will then take you back to the starting point at Laganas Beach. The program finishes with the opportunity to purchase pictures and videos of your try-diving experience.

This first scuba dive experience is a fun and thrilling way to discover the underwater world of Greece from Zakynthos, in the safe hands of a professional!

Nous avions rdv à 14h mais nous avons pris le bateau qu'à 15h30 le temps de remplir quelques papiers et de s'équiper, cela nous a paru très long. Nous sommes français et les moniteurs ont pris du temps pour nous expliquer les consignes, ils ont été plutôt bienveillant avec nous mais peut être pas assez avec ma mère qui ne comprenait pas beaucoup l'anglais et qui était un peu paniquée dans l'eau. Pour ma part mon moniteur était super et très encourageant.
