Come and discover freediving in Monaco for half a day with a team of qualified instructors.

From 9 am, join the Monaco Academy of the Sea and board their catamaran to discover the basics and techniques of freediving from Monaco! The Academy proposes to spend a half-day discovering freediving which goes much further than the basic training usually proposed. The objective is to give you all the keys of this environment as rich as fragile as the underwater environment.

This activity of apnea discovery will first lead you to a first spot, about 15 minutes by boat from the Port Hercule of Monaco, to initiate you to apnea during one hour and learn the basics of the discipline. You will then have a short break before leaving for a 45 minutes guided snorkeling course during which you will put into practice what you learned during the previous course. During the navigation time, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the landscapes of the coastline between Menton and Villefranche-sur-Mer.
