Practical information
After an introduction in the pool, discover scuba diving in the heart of the Port-Cros National Park, Europe's oldest marine reserve!
Please allow 1 day or 2 half-days on site.
- Reception on the terrace with swimming pool
- Distribution of equipment and first discovery session
- Meet at the club, on the sunny terrace
- Board a boat (30m from the club) and sail to the dive site
- Full briefing
- Baptism dive: descend individually with an instructor for around 20 minutes
- Return to the boat, debriefing and end of the activity
You need to be comfortable in the water to take part in this activity, but you don't need to know how to swim.
Parental authorisation is required for minors taking part in the activity without an accompanying adult.
You will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire before starting the activity.
For this activity, you must not have any of the following contraindications (respiratory problems (exertional asthma), heart problems, ENT problems, lung problems, diabetes or epilepsy). If in doubt, don't hesitate to contact us or ask for medical advice.
This activity is open to disabled people depending on the type of disability: please contact us before booking to confirm whether or not you can take part.

This activity is not suitable for pregnant women.
Pets are not allowed to take part in this activity.
