Practical information
In the Klaus dam, you'll be over the Steyr River. Here you'll have the option of bungy jumping and crowning the experience with a dive into the river. The rope length is calculated according to the weight so that you'll dive, maximum, up to your hips.
The dive into the river is completely optional.
Course of events
Please allow approximately half an hour for this activity.
- Welcome and check-in with the Jauntal Bungy Adventure team
- Safety briefing and introduction to equipment
- Bungee jump from the 50-meter-high Klaus Dam (with an optional dive into the Steyr River)
- Debrief and time to catch your breath
- End of activity
Activity requirements
All participants must weight between 45kg and 150 kg.

This bungee jump is not recommended for people with heart conditions, diabetes, epilepsy, or skeletal conditions. Please consult your doctor before booking.

At the Klaus dam, you'll face one of the most original forms of bungy jumping. A perfectly trained and certified team will guarantee a safe and sound experience. Jumping from the dam you will have the opportunity to take a dive into the Steyr River if you are up for it! The immersion is completely harmless because the impact on the water surface corresponds to a head-first dive from about 2m.
If you need an extra dose of encouragement, Jauntal Bungy Adventure also offers an option for two people, so now you can share the experience of jumping before or after your partner, or family member!
