Action Rafting on the Ötztaler Ache, near Innsbruck

If your looking for an action packed adrenaline filled rafting adventure then look no further. Take on one of the hottest white water routes in Europe, tackling the likes of Constructa and Waldschlucht on the way.
 
You will meet your certified guide and fellow rafters at the aquaMonte Basis. Once everyone's gotten acquainted, its time to get ready. You will receive your wetsuit, helmet, Life vest and neoprene boots. Then its into the bus and off to the Launch Site.
 
Once there, your guide will go over the proper techniques and protocols. You’ll do a few dry runs as a team and then it's onto the water and into the action. Over the course of the next 13 Km, you will encounter some of Europe’s most challenging rapids. With little to no rest in between obstacles this tour requires 100% focus 100% of the time and a good general condition. After 2 hours the river will release you and you will have successfully tackled rapids up to class IV. Now its time to load up the boats and head back to the Basis for a celebratory drink.
