Guided exploration diving is the perfect way to explore new seabeds during your trip to the Azores! Designed to help you discover the volcanic seabed of the island of Faial in all simplicity, this activity allows you to make 2 dives with a local specialist. Depending on your level and the weather, you will choose 2 dive sites with the instructor before boarding a boat to reach them.

Among the dive sites on the island of Faial you'll find Boca das Caldeirinhas, a site where you can admire the crater of a volcano and see moray eels, sea breams and conger eels. Another dive site in the region is Pontoon 16, a wreck located at a depth of 26 metres and requiring a very good level of scuba diving.
