Sailing Introduction Course in the Alcudia Bay, Northeastern Majorca

Become a sailor of the seas with this short two-hour course in which you will learn, both theoretically and practically, how to sail a catamaran in the Bay of Alcudia. You will get to know the Hobie 16, a boat in which you will learn everything you need to know, from tacking, to gybing and sailing in all courses.

No previous knowledge? No problem. Anyone interested in sailing, and over 12 years old, can participate, learn, and even captain the Hobie 16, always accompanied by an expert instructor who will accompany you at all times. You can choose between 1, 2, or 5 days of classes. This course will allow you to gain both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in sailing a boat out to sea. You will develop essential sailing skills, including rigging the boat, trimming the sails, and steering the rudder.

The activity includes everything you need, from lifejacket and harness, to a rescue boat in case of emergency, not to mention lockers and changing rooms in which to leave your belongings or change when you finish the class.
