Activity description

Discover the fantastic experience of Scuba Diving on this 2-hour first dive experience from Porto Cristo and share it with your family or friends!

The sunny island of Mallorca can bring you the most exciting holiday experience in your life. Its ravishing beaches, stunning coast, lyrical landscapes, and cultural traditions will leave the brightest memories in your mind. You will have the opportunity to live the experience of breathing underwater for the first time with a 2-hour diving baptism in Mallorca. The best way to try scuba diving and introduce you to this incredible underwater world without the need to take a course.

This activity includes a brief explanation of the most important aspects of recreational diving such as the effects of underwater pressure on our bodies, safety methods, basic diving equipment, the communication signals that we will use and the marine life that we will see during our first dive. The maximum depth we will dive to during the diving baptism is 6 metres, an ideal depth for your first experience that will allow you to enjoy the sensation of 0 gravity and the fauna and flora of Mallorca.

You will be always close to your Instructor and the different assistants that will be there for your safety and fun. The rest is just enjoying the incredible feeling of breathing underwater and experience a completely different and magical new world.

 

Course of events

Once you arrive at our Dive Center and you’ve met our awesome team, we will give you all the scuba diving gear and you will listen to a briefing of the activity. After that, your Instructor will answer all your questions. After, you will get the Speed Boat tour until we arrive at the beautiful shallow water beach where we are going to scuba dive. Once we get there, we will jump into the water without the gear and we will swim through the surface till the shore, where we finally will equip ourselves and dive for two hours.

You must know how to swim.

You must have absence of diseases or medical restrictions

You must have authorization of the legal tutor for minors under 18 years of age.
