Activity description

Discover the Serra de Tramuntana with this canyoning in the Torrent de Pareís canyon near Sa Calobra, Mallorca!

If there is one thing Mallorca is known for, it is undoubtedly for its incredible beaches and coves. All over the island we can find all kinds of spectacular beach postcards for all types of travellers: family beaches, virgin beaches, nudist beaches, perfect beaches for snorkelling... But as well as beaches, in the north of Mallorca there is the Serra de Tramuntana, a spectacular 90-kilometre mountain range.

That is why mountain and hiking lovers will also find their place in Mallorca, as the Serra de Tramuntana offers an endless number of activities and breathtaking landscapes, such as canyoning. In the magical coastal village of Sa Calobra, you will find the canyon of Torrent de Pareís, one of the most beautiful canyons on the island. Would you like to discover it? The instructors of ZigZag Mallorca take you on a 6-hour descent of the Torrent de Pareís canyon from Sa Calobra. This is a dry canyon that requires a minimum of physical fitness as you will go through challenging paths, narrow passages, climb rocks... But that effort will be rewarded with breathtaking views of the cliffs and the interior of Mallorca as well as the crystal clear waters of its beaches. What's more, this canyoning trip ends in Sa Calobra, an ideal excuse for a swim at the beach.
