Learn how to master the wind on this kitesurfing course in El Medano, Tenerife. Learn everything you need to know to sail on your own!
El Medano's weather is ideal for kitesurfing. You will learn the fundamentals of the sport in three two-hour lessons. You'll begin by inflating the kite and attaching the ropes, then putting on your harnees and grabbing your board. The instructor will then show you how to fly the kite in the sand and then in the water. After you've mastered the kite, you'll move on to the real thing, getting on top of the board and letting the kite take you wherever you want to go. The instructor will provide you with all of the necessary information and practice to make this all possible.
A private IKO (International Kiteboarding Organization) certified instructor comprise the course. The instructor uses a BB talking radio to communicate in real time, even while in the water.
The kitesurfing spot is within walking distance of the school.
IKO will certify all lesson hours, allowing you to continue learning in other IKO world centers.
