Join this sustainable Whale and dolphin Watching Guided Tour from Puerto Calero, in Lanzarote, on the first noise and emission-free catamaran. The catamaran, La Santa Maria, is 14 metre long and can fit 12 people plus the captain.
The experienced and knowledgeable team consists of a skipper or Captain who will be happy to explain you about the whales and dolphin species you find in Lanzarote and the Canary Islands. The catamaran is equipped with a hydrophone and 360 degree camera, providing a truly immersive and educational experience to learn about whales and dolphins in detail.
The tour starts at the harbour of Puerto Calero with a brief explanation about the 3-4 hour trip. After all security checks are done, you will head out towards the open sea to observe and investigate the cetaceans of Lanzarote.
During the 3-4 hour whale and dolphin watching expedition, the professional team will tell you interesting facts & stories about the cetacean species which can be found in Lanzarote and the Canary Islands in general. You'll also get a good understanding of the volcanic islands itself.
