Located only an hour from the city of Rijeka, Kvarner Bay is situated 90 minutes from the Istra Peninsula or Zagreb, this trip will take you down 10 km (6 miles) of the upper part of the Kupa River, only 15 km (9 miles) from the source. Although listed as easy-moderate, after a heavy rainfall it can get intensive, which makes it all the more exciting! When the water level is higher, the route might be extended to 25 km (15 miles).

Once you've met with your professional guide, you'll receive a safety briefing and put on your equipment. Then the adventure begins! In either a guided 6-to-8-person raft or 2-people kayaks and with the supervision of your guide, you'll be on the river in no time! You'll experience the rush of navigating your raft through rapids and whitewater waves.

Your guide will pick the best spot to have a break. You'll relax, have a snack, and enjoy the lush landscape, followed by cliff jumping and swimming in rapids! A photographer will take pictures of your group on one of the more interesting rapids, which you will receive after the tour via email.
