Levi is a popular resort destination located in northern Finland, in the Lapland region. This area is close to the Arctic Circle and experiences typically Arctic winters, with short days, cold temperatures and beautiful snow, transforming its diverse landscapes into a mesmerising white wonderland!

The trip will begin at the starting point in Levi, where you will meet your experienced guide. The accommodating guide will choose the exact itinerary based on weather, snow conditions, and the preferences of the group. The group is small, with a maximum of 7 participants, to ensure a more personal experience. Snowshoeing is as easy as walking, the high-quality shoes allow you to cover the terrain safely. After receiving a safety briefing and putting on your snowshoe equipment, the adventure begins!

The route of the hike will depend on the group and the conditions. If the weather is clear and the wind is mild, you will travel to the summit of Levi Fell, where you will visit Santa's famous cabin. The view from this vantage point is breathtaking! Your hike could also take place through the scenic forests near Kätkä fell, to the magnificent frozen Lake Immel. While the trip changes every day, the guide guarantees a unique and beautiful snowshoe hike through some of Lapland's most iconic scenery. 

Midway through the excursion, you will stop for a break and enjoy some steaming hot drinks. There will be plenty of opportunities to capture some photos using your own camera, and the guide will also take pictures for you throughout the trip which will be sent to you. After the snowshoe trip, you will return to the starting point in Levi with lifelong memories!
