Come and explore the seabed on the French Riviera! Palmes Beach welcomes you from the age of 8 for a first dive in the heart of the Mediterranean Sea!
Whether it's your first experience or you'd like to improve your skills, the professional and passionate teams at Palmes Beach are here to help you progress, and will accompany you in complete safety. You'll have the chance to dive down to a depth of 6 metres!
Your first dive lasts 20 minutes and you will be supervised by an experienced instructor who will give you all the instructions before you get into the water. Dive into totally protected water and enjoy the joys of diving, with the first breaths underwater an indescribable sensation that will stay with you forever.
The activity will take place at the same time as other divers, departing from the port of Menton. Then dive, accompanied by your instructor, and let yourself be carried away by this magical and unforgettable moment!
