You always dreamed of knowing how to surf? We are here to make your dream come true and make you discover the joys of surfing through a training course in Belle-Île-en-Mer.
The spot :
The surf lessons take place on the beach of Donor, in the middle of cliffs and dunes in a protected and unique natural site, classified by the Coastal Conservatory. The geographical remoteness of the coast (16 kilometers in the open sea) as well as the full west orientation of the Donner beach allows this spot to capture the swell as much as possible, which offers waves every day. Its funnel shape (seen from the sky) has the advantage of accelerating the waves for greater comfort of practice. The beauty of the site and its characteristics make it an ideal place to take your first waves and/or improve your skills.
During the course:
After getting to know the instructor, you will equip yourself with the appropriate equipment according to your size and conditions. You will then walk for 5 minutes in the middle of the dunes to access the beach. You will then start your session with a warm-up followed by a briefing. You will learn the basics of bodysurfing before taking stock of the conditions of the day. Then, and depending on your level, the objectives will vary from one person to another, as will the exercises and advice offered by your instructor.
Groups are made up of 4 to 8 students per instructor.
