This course is specially designed for diving enthusiasts who want to acquire the skills needed to dive to a maximum depth of 20 metres!
During the course, you'll be supervised by a team of experienced and passionate professionals. You'll learn the basics of diving, including breathing techniques, equipment management, safety procedures and underwater communication. You'll take part in theory sessions where you'll develop your knowledge of diving principles and water physiology. Once you've completed the theory and practical sessions, you'll be ready for your first ocean dives. The Level 1 diver course offered by Plongée Privilège in Bormes-les-Mimosas includes 4 sea dives. Accompanied by your instructor, you'll explore the region's spectacular seabed and be amazed by the wealth of marine life, colourful coral reefs and fascinating rock formations. - Meet at Plongée privilège Bormes les mimosas - Juppet Pascal Port de, 83230 Bormes-les-Mimosas.
- Welcome and fitting of diving equipment: wetsuit, fins, mask, regulator, stabilising jacket and ballast.
- Briefing on the underwater environment, equipment and safety.
- Boat trip to the dive site.
- Dive in the open sea under the supervision of your instructor guide, with explanations of the flora and fauna.
- Return to the Plongée Privilege centre.
- Debriefing of the dive.
Repeat the course on 3 additional dives and award of Level 1 diver certificate.
Activity requirements
To take part in this activity, you need to have a scuba diving first dive certificate.

Please note you are not allowed to fly for up to 24 hours after your last dive.
