"Wild" Course - from Cazoulès to Saint-Julien-de-Lampon, an 8 km route for 2 hours of navigation in the heart of nature, which, with a little luck, will allow you to observe the fauna of the region (grey heron, kingfisher, peregrine falcon, etc.);

"Family" Course - from Saint-Julien-de-Lampon to Vitrac, a 16 km trail that takes 3.5 hours to complete, combining nature and cultural heritage with the discovery of 3 castles: Château de Rouffillac, Château de Fénelon and Château de Monfort;

"Picturesque" Course - from Saint-Julien-de-Lampon to La Roque-Gageac, 22 km of canoeing on the Dordogne River for 5 hours of discovering numerous castles along the river, as well as the village of La Roque-Gageac classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France;

- Welcome at the Canoë Cap Evasion base in Saint-Julien-de-Lampon (free parking on site)

- Distribution of life jackets and departure by shuttle bus to the starting point in Cazoulès (10 to 15-minute drive)

- Briefing on paddle handling and safety instructions

- Launch of the canoes/kayaks and departure for a 2-hour trip on the Dordogne to Saint-Julien-de-Lampon (8 km)

- Arrival at the Canoe Cap Evasion base, return of equipment and end of the activity

All participants must know how to swim and put their head underwater to take part in this activity.

All children aged less than 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Proof of entitlement will be required for children aged 5 to 9 who are entitled to half-price rates.

- Briefing on paddle handling and safety instructions

- End of the course at the Vitrac bridge, then shuttle bus back to the base (approx. 20-minute drive): return by bus at 3 p.m. for departures before 11 a.m., return at 6 p.m. for departures after 11 a.m.
