Practical information
Course of events
Meeting at 9:00 am at the monitors' office. Presentation of the team and the group before leaving for the via ferrata of Gavarnie. The journey takes 45 minutes.
The crossing of the Via Ferrata takes a total of 3 hours. The route consists of a 200 m vertical with a large suspension bridge to cross. The return journey is via large curves with a breathtaking view of the Cirque de Gavarnie.
In the afternoon, the Gave d'Héas canyon in the Troumouse valley, only 10 minutes away. On the programme: abseiling descents, natural slides and jumps in water basins! Obstacles along the route are not obligatory.
Activity requirements
You must be able to swim 25 m and be in good physical condition to practice this activity.

The O² roche instructors' office offers you a day of canyoning and via ferrata, an opportunity to add some relief to your holiday!
This activity is the best way to discover the most impressive and unusual spots in the Pyrenees. The rhythm is rather sporty while leaving you to rest and enjoy the surrounding landscape.
For a day, discover the Pyrenees in a fun and sporty way. This approach is meant to be active and varied, but above all open to everyone. After warming up on the via ferrata in the morning, the afternoon programme is thalassotherapy with jumps and slides on the natural toboggans!
Get ready for an explosive cocktail of adventures !
