Get off the beaten track and leave your mark on the fresh snow in the large open spaces, away from the busy crowd of La Clusaz ski resort!
La Clusaz is a ski resort located on the Aravis Range in the Alps, between Haute-Savoie and Savoie. It benefits from exceptional snow conditions throughout the winter and great playgrounds, including off-piste.
The ESI La Clusaz offers you a half or a full day trip of freeride skiing or snowboarding. The instructors will make you discover the wonderful off-piste routes of La Clusaz. You will benefit from their strong experience and quality teaching and will learn how to use the safety equipment (Airbag, DVA, shovel, and probe are included). Beginner and expert freeriders will be in groups of 4 and go in the combes of the Aravis or in the off-piste initiation routes of the ski area.
One of the most famous off-piste routes in La Clusaz is the Massif de la Balme. It offers great powder fields but is very popular because of its reputation, so you better get there early enough to leave your mark first!
Beginners can practice in the Massif de l'Etale, a perfect spot to learn to freeride. Snow and sunshine are almost always present in winter, enough to spend an exceptional day on the many and varied slopes of the massif, such as the Combe de Merdassier or Epaule de l'Etale.
