Let yourself be tempted by an indoor ski session in Nîmes!
Experience the thrill of skiing on an endless track similar to a conveyor belt, solo, duo or group!
Try a one-hour session all year round and discover or improve your skills in this discipline.
When you arrive at Ski Indoor 4810, you will be welcomed by the team, you will watch a video presenting the safety instructions, the equipment as well as examples of the first exercises.
You will then meet your coach, get fitted with the equipment provided by Ski Indoor (boots and skis), and off you go!
The activity starts at your own pace, and evolves according to your progress. You will have the layout of turns or games projected on the infinite track on which you will slide.
You will feel like you are in the snow at all times. Enjoy it like a skier in a resort in the middle of winter!
Your coach will advise you and suggest several types of fun and sporting games to help you get up to speed. These challenges are suitable for all levels and can be set with your own progression objectives!
A video analysis in profile, drone and frontal mode will help you improve your technique during your 1 hour indoor ski session in Nîmes.
Would you like more of a challenge? Don't hesitate to ask your coach to perform slaloms during your session!
At the end of the session, you can discover a 1-on-1 sledging course to challenge yourself until the very end.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced skier, you will enjoy this indoor ski session adapted to your level. You can also try out skiing on the carpet to learn the techniques of the discipline before heading to the resort!
Your coach will ensure your safety by accompanying you. Throughout your session, he will have a remote control, allowing you to stop the slope in case of difficulty and thus limit the risk of falling.
After the session, you will have a debriefing and will be able to download the video of your progress.
