Departure from Trouville, you will practice sea kayaking on the Channel and discover the cliffs of black rocks of Normandy from an incredible point of view !
Yoann and the Concept Sport Emotion team invite you to discover the incredible views from the sea, near to the cliffs of Roches Noires from Trouville to Villerville. This area stretches out over a length of 4km, enough to impress you!
Did you know ? This incredible spot is very important for the wintering of the Oystercatcher. These birds, as well as other shorebird species (curlews, sandpipers, knights, etc.), come to feed on molluscs, bivalves and worms on mussels as soon as they are discovered by the tide. During the low sea, we are fortunate to hear an incredible spectacle of all these birds, even if sometimes they can be 1 kilometer away. The intensity of these songs is a good reflection of the numbers present for shelling!
Accessible to all, this kayaking excursion can be practiced by anyone who wishes to live an incredible experience in the heart of Normandy: thrill seekers, families looking forward to share a sporting activity together, or even between friends for a outing full of fun!
Level of expertise: all participants must know how to swim at least 25 metres unassisted (you must provide a signed note or certificate attesting to this).
· You must be in good health to partake in these activities
· You must be covered by the right insurance
· Under 15s need to accompanied by their legal guardian. Children under 9 y/o can participate for free.
· Under 18s need a note from their legal guardian (a form can be requested)
· You must not be under the influence of any drugs or alcohol when practicing these activities
· You must wear the necessary security equipment provided by the school
· Wear closed shoes (you can rent these from the school)
· Use gear that is adapted to cold climates (you can rent these from the school)
The meeting time depends on the chosen date. Please contact the guide after your booking is confirmed to know the meeting time. (Please arrive 15 minutes before the departure).
