Activity description
Find your balance and set off on a stand-up paddle adventure along the Aure!
Grab your paddle and head up the Aure on your stand-up paddle. In the heart of a marvellous natural landscape, you'll have the chance to observe the flora and fauna of Normandy, and if you're lucky you might even spot some of the region's migratory birds or mammals.
Standing on your stand-up paddle, you'll enjoy a moment of sharing and calm as you admire the surroundings and the unobstructed view while enjoying the tranquillity of this small Normandy river. Set off for a 1h30 to 2h SUP ride on the Aure, and complete a course of around 5 km in an amazing spirit of sharing and conviviality.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced sailor, under the guidance of your instructor, you'll be able to enjoy the thrills of a stand-up paddle excursion on the Aure. With family or friends, experience the joys of paddling on the rivers in the heart of the Parc naturel régional des Marais du Cotentin et du Bessin.

Activity requirements
All participants must know how to swim to take part in this activity.
Special terms
Please arrive 15 minutes before the departure time.
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Children aged 4 to 7 benefit from a special rate if they accompany adults on the same boat.
