Practical information
Supervised diver training 12 meters including 4 diving sessions.
Course of events
Day 1:
- meeting at 9:00, end of session 11:30/12:00 (depending on the number of participants)
- meeting at 2.15pm, end of session 4.30pm/5pm
Departure from the beach to work on the exercises
Day 2 :
- meeting at 7.30am, end of session 10.00am
- meeting at 4.30 pm, end of session 7.30pm
Departure by boat to dive sites at suitable depths (12 metres maximum)
The theory is in the form of a small booklet to be studied with an MCQ on the second day of training.
Activity requirements
You must be comfortable in the water.
You must have a medical certificate of no contraindication for diving.
This activity is forbidden for pregnant women.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Children under the age of 18 must present a parental authorisation.
Special terms
The course is subject to weather conditions.
The course is only held on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Practical information
Come and discover the magic of underwater escape to a depth of 12 metres during a diving course leading to a diploma.
This course is a 2-day course during which you will be supervised by professional divers from the Cap Cerbère school who will teach you everything about scuba diving.
During this course, you will follow many theoretical courses on the practice and will dive several times in the reserve of Banyuls during which, you will learn how to prepare your equipment as well as all the techniques of scuba diving: management of your balance, your breathing, your communication, swimming with tank etc.
What makes this course unique is its exceptional supervision by Cap Cerbère instructors and the Cerbère dive spot in Banyuls, one of the most unspoilt sites on the Mediterranean coast with an amazing array of flora and fauna.
