Full day caving excursion and underground crossing of Château d'Oche

Take advantage of a full day caving excursion and explore the underground galleries by crossing the Château d'Oche, near Morzine!

You will enter under the summit to exit at the foot of the Castle via the blower, a few steps from Dent d'Oche, emblematic place of Chablais. Fabulous landscapes will open up to you both during your hike and in the underground galleries.

This caving day is complete and sporty. You will start with a hike from 1h30 to 2h to reach the entrance of the cave, under the summit of Château d'Oche. For the crossing of these underground cavities, it takes 3h to 4h30, depending on the number of participants.

Overall of large proportion, except the entrance which remains narrow, the cave will offer you all the pleasures of caving. You will progress a lot on rope, and you will enjoy numerous abseiling descents, one of which is more than 60 meters! You will descend more than 250 meters deep, safely, close to your monitor. Before the end of the crossing, you will have to climb on a rope in a large room 25 meters high before you head to the entrance gallery of the blower. Before starting a 40-minute return walk, you will enjoy a magnificent view under the sun, at the exit of the underground passages.
