Accessible to all, SUP or Stand-Up-Paddle involves paddling upright on a large, wide board with a paddle. But what is Jumps Paddle? Well, it's a sportier version of this activity, combining SUP and jumps!

Sounds good? Then come and discover the Gorges du Verdon in a unique way, and enjoy a fun 3-hour activity with your friends! You'll be accompanied by a state-certified guide from Haute Provence Outdoor, who'll be happy to guide you whatever your level and objective.

Lac Castillon is one of the Verdon's must-see lakes. It's the second largest lake in the region after Lac de Sainte-Croix, and it too is surrounded by charming villages. Located north of Castellane in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence département, Lac Castillon is a real invitation to swim!

To start this Jumps Paddle outing on Lac Castillon, the guide will give you an introductory briefing on SUP. Next, you'll have the chance to test your balance as you navigate to a secret spot on the lake. Once there, you can do whatever you like to take advantage of the Verdon's sublime Jumps Paddle setting. You can scramble over the rocks, make jumps wherever the guide takes you, stay on your paddle and continue your SUP ride on Lac Castillon, or even take a dip in the lake's turquoise waters!
