Activity description
Float in the calm waters of the sea, use your body and your breathing to balance the paddling board, connect with the elements of nature that surround you, and inhale the fresh air!
How about leaving behind the busy life you may lead, away from walls, pavements, and cars? Get in touch with your inner self and forget your worries and problems during this SUP and yoga session next to the peaceful and harmonious sea.
During this activity, you’ll get a chance to use your body as a metaphor; you’ll find completion, stillness, and a quiet mind while riding on unsteady waters.
The board will be moving, but you’ll be able to find out what it means to keep it stable with the help of your friendly instructor who's going to guide you on an unforgettable journey. For approximately 1 hour, your SUP skills and yoga poses will get to improve every step of the way.
This intense practice will surely benefit your well-being as you breathe in the fresh air and feel the light breeze around you!
You'll start with a short warm-up paddle, and then you'll get some instructions on how to use the equipment. After that, the class will get more yoga oriented, with seated breathing techniques, basic sun salutations and some harder variations of postures on the water.
