Ikaria Surf School offers the ideal SUP lessons to help you stand on the board and paddle around. You will learn how to stabilise yourself and paddle with the right technique so you don't get exhausted. All this with the help of your expert instructor.

For the experienced Suppers, there are SUP wave riding lessons offered to learn how to ride the waves. For this kind of lesson a previous experience is required as it can be quite difficult to SUP surf.
