If you find yourself in the beautiful island of "Mamma Mia", Skopelos, don't miss out the chance trying scuba diving for the first time. It is a fun activity that will introduce you to the underwater world and the fun of scuba diving. You will have an experienced instructor who will teach you everything - you just need to know how to swim!
You will be exploring reefs and caves and unique creatures under the surface! Skopelos has one of the most beautiful beaches on earth - so you can imagine what the underwater world looks like... The experienced instructors of Skopelos Dive Centre will teach you how to use the scuba gear, and most of all how to dive safe!
Where will you be diving?
Usually, the Discover Scuba diving courses take place in Adrina beach, located in the Adrina Beach Hotel because you can dive from shore and the shallow water is convenient for your first breaths underwater. The depth ranges from 5 to 10 metres and you will have the full diving experience for 40 minutes approximately.
Shore Dives
Another famous diving spot for beginner divers is Glysteri beach. It's a small bay in between the hills. The water is light green-turquoise and the beach sandy.The depth ranges from 5 to 15 metres making it ideal for beginner scuba divers!
After the course you will get a certificate that you attended the Discover Scuba Diving course and you can use it anywhere in the world if you wanna go on with your scuba diving education.
Discovering Scuba Diving for the first time is a fun and thrilling experience. A team of Pro's will welcome you in the morning in the diving centre to introduce you to the underwater world. You will have a theoretical lesson in the picturesque wooden diving centre before going to the beach to try scuba diving for the first time. Before diving your instructors will teach you how to use the scuba gear and how to stay safe. You will have 40-50 minutes of underwater exploration! Just enjoy!
