Your SUP adventure (stand up paddling) will start by meeting your guide in Capri. Before leaving, your guide will brief you about the itinerary and teach you the fundamentals. After a bit of practice, you'll be ready to paddle through Capri's crystal-clear waters. You'll reach the Rock of the Sirens, Cave of the Water, Green Cave and the infamous Faraglioni. Before paddling back to the meeting point, you'll admire the Blue Grotto, a sea cave.
