In Martinique, the sea area stretching from Les Trois-Îlets to Anses-d'Arlet is known to be home to turtles that are quite easy to encounter, especially if you know the right spots. That's why Espace Plongée Martinique offers you to go out to sea with its team in order to see the turtles by snorkeling from Les Trois-Îlets on 1 or 2 sites they know!

You will board one of the 2 boats of the center to sail to Les Anses-d'Arlet, towards a first snorkeling spot with turtles in Martinique. As these marine animals remain wild, it is not 100% certain that you will be able to meet them, but the Espace Plongée Martinique team knows where the chances of seeing them are highest. You just have to trust them, put on your fins, mask and snorkel, and you will surely be able to meet the most seen turtle in Martinique, the green turtle!

We had a little bit of bad luck with the weather, but the crew was very nice and supportive. We were still able to do some snorkeling and we were lucky enough to see a turtle. There were a lot of divers on board, so snorkeling was more of a by-product. All equipment was provided for us (wetsuit, mask, snorkel and fins) and there were drinks on the way back.
