Settled comfortably on board an open catamaran with capacity for 38 passengers, you’ll enjoy the coastal scenery between Menton and Villefranche-sur-Mer as you make your way from Monaco to your first freediving spot. On board, everything is designed for your comfort, with toilets, a shower, a shaded area, a trampoline, and even a rooftop deck. With the wind in your hair, you’ll be ready to experience a truly unique day in complete safety, guided by a team of qualified instructors.

To begin your freediving discovery day in Monaco, you’ll take a one-hour lesson covering the fundamentals of this distinctive sport. In addition, your instructor will give you all the tools you need to understand the richness and fragility of the underwater world. After this first introduction, you’ll have time to enjoy a snack or a packed lunch on board the catamaran before moving on to the second part of the activity: a 45-minute guided snorkelling swim, where you’ll put into practice what you learned in the earlier lesson. In water with an average annual temperature of around 16°C, you'll also have the chance to discover the local flora and fauna through your guide's commentary.
