Discover the gems of Western Norway on this unique fjord and Bøyabreen glacier boat tour from Bergen! Visit the medieval Hopperstad Stave church, cruise in the Fjærlandsfjord, see the Bøyabreen Glacier, and witness the majesty of the Tvindefossen Waterfall!
Your adventure begins at the Tourist Information Office in Bergen, where you'll be greeted by your experienced guide and driver. You and your group will set off towards the village of Vik and its stunning mountainous landscapes. Don't forget to bring your camera because you will definitely want to capture the incredible panorama from the Storesvingen viewpoint. Next, you'll visit the historic Hopperstad Stave church with a local guide. Constructed in 1130, it is one of the oldest stave churches in existence.
Your journey continues at Vik Harbour, where you'll board a boat for a 2-hour fjord cruise to Fjærland crossing the Sognefjorden, the longest and deepest fjord in Norway. Take in the breathtaking views while enjoying a delicious lunch onboard (not included in the ticket price). Upon arrival at Fjærland, participants have the choice to either explore this charming village (2-hour stop) or join a guided Glacier museum and Bøyabreen Glacier tour. Then, you will board the boat again, heading back to Vik and continuing to the Tvindefossen Waterfall by minibus. At a height of 110 metres (360 feet), this magnificent natural phenomenon is steeped in local legends and myths, which your guide is more than happy to share.
Sit back, relax, and let your guide, driver, and Captain show you some of Norway's most scenic locations on this fjord and Bøyabreen Glacier boat tour from Bergen. Book your next adventure today!
