Have you ever dreamed of swimming with dolphins in their natural habitat? Now you can live this magical experience on the coast of Funchal, capital of Madeira and enjoy the spectacle that these mammals offer.
Madeira, one of the islands of Portugal, is an ideal destination for nature lovers. Its humid and dense forests, mainly laurel forests, a Unesco World Heritage Site, are of unique beauty. In addition, thanks to the island's location in the middle of the Atlantic, in its seas we find populations of dolphins, whales and even turtles!
That's why we can't think of a better place to swim with dolphins than Madeira and the crew of Rota dos Cetaceos makes it easy for you. You will find them at their offices in the Marina Shopping Center in Funchal. There they will explain you the species of dolphins and whales that inhabit the coasts of Madeira such as the bottlenose dolphin, the painted dolphin or the sperm whale. Then, you will embark on one of their semi-rigid boats with capacity for 18 people. After a ride in the Atlantic Ocean accompanied by a team of marine biologists who will explain all the curiosities of these animals and answer all your questions, it will be time to swim with the dolphins, a unique experience!

- Return to the meeting point.

Arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the excursion.
If no cetaceans are sighted during the excursion, a second trip absolutely free is offered.
