Fly over the coast of Lisbon on a paragliding flight from Nazaré!
If flying has always been your dream, now you can live this incredible experience with a paragliding flight from Praia da Gralha in S. Martinho do Porto, just 1 hour from Lisbon.
The Btoked team is located in Praia da Gralha, São Martinho do Porto. There, their instructor, Nuno, triple national champion and Portuguese paragliding record holder, will be waiting for you to paraglide for an hour over the beaches of Lisbon. Before the flight, he will explain you how the activity and the paraglider work, and once at altitude, you will even be able to handle the paraglider or do acrobatics if you feel like it!

- Meeting with the pilot and briefing about the activity.
- Take off.
- Paragliding flight of about 20-30 minutes. The pilot will explain the operation of the paraglider and you can even try to drive it or do acrobatic maneuvers if you wish.
- Landing in the same takeoff area.

The maximum weight for this activity is 120 kg.
